Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a great location close to the marina and shopping center, making it ideal for exploring the Great Barrier Reef. Unfortunately, the rooms were quite a letdown with broken fittings and cleanliness issues. However, the staff was friendly and accommodating, enhancing our overall experience. While the dining options were limited and not very enjoyable, the pool area provided a nice atmosphere for relaxation.
The hotel has a charming atmosphere and is located away from the bustle of the main street, providing a peaceful escape. The rooms are clean but feel a bit dated and the bed might not be comfortable for everyone. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but service could be faster during busy check-ins. Overall, it offers a fair value for money, though dining options left much to be desired.
The hotel has a fantastic location, just a short walk from the main street and right across from the beach, making it very convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast options could certainly use some improvement, and the dining prices felt a bit high for what was offered.
The hotel offers a decent stay with a friendly staff and is conveniently located just a little outside the hustle and bustle of Airlie Beach. However, the rooms feel somewhat dated and could definitely use some updates, particularly the air conditioning and the shower pressure. Overall, it’s a fair value for money, but don't expect modern comforts.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for getting around. However, the rooms were not as clean as I expected, with a hairpin left on the bedside table, and the loud air conditioning was quite bothersome at night. Overall, it's a decent place but could use some improvements.
The hotel is in a decent location, a bit away from the main strip of Airlie Beach, which is great for avoiding the tourist crowds. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were somewhat basic and not as clean as I expected from Mantra standards. The dining experience left something to be desired since the breakfast options were limited. Overall, I felt like it offered good value for money in some areas, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I loved the friendly staff. The location couldn't be better, right by the waterfront and within walking distance to several attractions. However, the dining options were a bit limited and repetitive, and while the facilities were nice, they could use a little upgrade. Overall, it was a good experience and worth the price.
My stay had its ups and downs. The hotel is situated a bit away from the hustle of Airlie Beach but is still conveniently accessible. The rooms are a bit dated and cramped, lacking essential amenities like kitchenware, which was disappointing. On the bright side, the staff were friendly, and the location allowed for easy access to the harbor. Overall, if you need a no-frills place to stay without too much fuss, it might serve the purpose, but it's not ideal for comfort seekers.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was great, making it easy to explore the area, and the room was clean. The service, however, felt a bit lacking, and the dining options didn’t quite live up to expectations. Overall, it’s a decent stay, but there are areas that need improvement.
I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it had some positive aspects like friendly staff and a decent location, there were several downsides that I couldn't overlook. The rooms had issues with cleanliness, and the pool area felt crowded and uninviting. Additionally, the dining experience didn't meet my expectations, which was a letdown. Overall, it's not the worst place, but it definitely has room for improvement.
